Everything you need to ship a secure transfer fast.
Getting started
- Upload: Add the file and choose a retention window.
- Share: Send the secure link and one-time PIN to your recipient.
- Download: Recipients enter the PIN to access a time-limited download.
Security overview
- All transfers are encrypted in transit (TLS).
- Files are stored with encryption at rest and restricted access on AWS.
- Downloads use signed URLs and PIN verification.
PIN & expiry behavior
- Every transfer requires a PIN to download.
- Incorrect PIN attempts are rate-limited to protect access.
- Links expire based on the retention window chosen at upload.
- Pro plans can regenerate PINs to revoke access immediately.
Plan limits
- Free: 1-day retention with smaller file-size and monthly transfer caps.
- Pro: Larger file and transfer limits with 1/7/30-day retention options.
See the plan comparison for exact limits.
Troubleshooting
- Upload stuck: Retry on a stable connection or switch browsers.
- Download fails: Confirm the PIN and ensure the link hasn’t expired.
- Mobile issues: Use a modern browser and avoid backgrounding the tab.
- Expired link: Ask the sender to create a new transfer.
